Specializing in memoir, Candace brings over 25 years of writing and teaching experience to her work. She founded Candace Coakley Editorial Solutions to support writers in achieving their writing and publishing goals.
Her lifelong meditation practice is the secret to her sanity and a skill she loves to share. As a trauma-sensitive mindfulness coach, Candace guides writers in deepening their stories with compassion. She graduated from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Mentor Training and holds Transcendental Meditation (TM) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) certifications. As a Reiki master, she integrates the power of energy healing into all aspects of her life.
